32nd Sunday of the Year

Fr. Duncan writes:  Firstly may I say very many thanks to all those who were involved with my Induction Mass last Friday evening. It was a very prayerful occasion. The celebrations continued in Hesdin Hall after the Mass with a splendid buffet. I am very grateful to all who brought food to share and to those who prepared the hall, and cleared up afterwards. Bishop Alan Hopes has written asking that his gratitude and best wishes be passed on to all for making the Mass such a beautiful and prayerful occasion.
Last Wednesday the Year 3 children came for a visit to our Church. It was very good to see the children so well-behaved and eager to find out much about the Church. They are a great credit to their parents and to our school.
